Don's practice includes a major emphasis on business mergers, acquisitions and sales by representing strategic and financial buyers and sellers in both the private and public sectors. Don's experience in M&A transactions includes a broad spectrum of industries, including manufacturing, consumer products, advertising, brand management, television, technology, including software and development and internet companies, optical, restaurants, retail, alarm services and various other business and service industries.

Don's experience in corporate and business transactions is diverse. Over the years he has represented numerous companies in connection with all aspects of their business legal requirements, including representing corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies, counseling owners, boards of directors and key management personnel, negotiation and preparation of buy-sell agreements, joint venture agreements, operating and partnership agreements, employment and consulting agreements, and industry specific business contracts, such as license agreements and manufacturing and supply agreements.

Don also practices in the area of real estate law, including representing clients in the purchase, sale and exchange of commercial, retail, mixed-use and residential income properties, negotiating and drafting complex lease agreements for both landlords and tenants, and representing borrowers in connection with real estate loan transactions.
